Meet Kristi Shaw

I’m Kristi Shaw, founder of Kristi Shaw Services, and for more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching, encouraging, and working alongside people as they grow and reach for what’s next.

I truly believe in doing what you love and loving what you do. For me, that means helping people, creating meaningful experiences, solving problems, and seeing others succeed. What started with a love for coaching has grown into a career that allows me to do all of those things in so many different ways—from event planning and consulting to life coaching, training, and mentoring.

At the heart of everything I do is people first. Every person, team, event, and goal is different, and I believe the best results come from taking the time to listen, understand, and create an approach that fits. I want the people I work with to feel supported, valued, and confident in taking their next step.

After 30+ years, I’m still doing what I love—and I’m grateful every day that I get to do it with so many incredible people.
